If winning bid is between $ 10.01 and $ 25.00 then charge will be: 5%
If winning bid is between $ 25.01 and $ 50.00 then charge will be: 6%
If winning bid is between $ 50.01 and $ 75.00 then charge will be: 5%
If winning bid is between $ 75.01 and $ 100.00 then charge will be: 6%
If winning bid is between $ 100.01 and $ 500.00 then charge will be: 8%
If winning bid is between $ 500.01 and $ 1000.00 then charge will be: 5%
If winning bid is between $ 1000.01 and $ 10000.00 then charge will be: 7%
If winning bid is between $ 10000.01 and $ 999999999.99 then charge will be: 10%
